Nutrients for Life Foundation Special Award Winner at 2019 Canada Wide Science Fair

We are excited to announce this year's winner of the NFL Special Award at this year's Canada Wide Science Fair which was held at the University of New Brunswick  May 12- 17th.  Please meet Emily Robb of Vincent Massey High School in Brandon Manitoba.  She is a grade 10 student and her project was called, " Grow Big or Grow Home: the Roots to Hydroponic Success".  The goal of her experiment was to test and see if there was a better hydroponic solution fertilizer that would produce more biomass (yield) for arugula.  Emily not only won this intermediate special award for her project,  but received the following awards/scholarships;

Challenge Award - Environment - Intermediate 

Excellence Award - Intermediate - Gold Medal 

Western University Scholarship Gold Medallist - $4000 Entrance Scholarship Sponsor: Western University
