Matthew Rosgen

Matthew Rosgen is the Fertilizer Merchandising Leader for Cargill based in Winnipeg, MB.  He is responsible for leading Cargill’s retail fertilizer business in Western Canada.  Working with regional and location leadership, Matthew and the team find ways to best service the crop nutritional needs of Cargill’s Farmer customers.  Matthew joined Cargill in 2013 as the Regional Grain Manager for Southern Saskatchewan. In 2015 he and his family moved to Winnipeg to join Cargill’s fertilizer team. Prior to joining Cargill, Matthew work with Viterra and had roles in Sales, Merchandising and Rail logistics.

Matthew has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Studies from The University of Lethbridge along with a Crop Advisor Diploma form Olds College.  He grew up on a grain farm in Drumheller, AB where his father continues to farm today.
